Belly Fat Cure
I think I'm going to try this again. I've got belly fat to lose(and butt fat, back fat and thigh fat too)
Just a reminder :
no more than 15 grams of sugar per day
6 carb servings per day with one serving being 5-20 grams each
Its that simple.
