Day 11
You really get on my nerves. Always getting in the way. Every time I am making progress, you want to interupt me and chit chat about all the wrong things. I'm trying to lose weight and you keep telling me about how good GooGoo clusters are. So what! They are good, in moderation.
Here I am struggling with time management, and all you do is flood my mind with to do lists, goals, finances. Why don't you just leave me alone and let me sit down quietly and get a real schedule together so that I don't need list after lists.
I just want to be the successful Proverbs 31 woman that I know I can be and you are constantly blocking my blessings. I'm sick of you. Get out!
Now that I know your name, you are no longer welcome lizard brain. Kick rocks! hasta lavista! peace out homie! Hollaaaaa!!! Get to steppin'
No Love

Day 11
Day 10
Day 9
Day 8
- What was the most important thing you learned about yourself this week?
I have learned that my time is more valuable than I thought. While I have a serious issue with time management, I really enjoy giving my time to my family. Other things suffer because of that.
- What has been your favorite exercise so far? What did you like about it?
I enjoyed the life map. It was good to see things in color in front of my face. Now I know what I have to do.
- Which exercise did you struggle with the most and why?
So far no one exercise has been a struggle. Just finding time to complete the exercises.

Belly Fat Cure
Just a reminder :
- no more than 15 grams of sugar per day
- 6 carb servings per day with one serving being 5-20 grams each
Its that simple.
Day 2
I've gotten motivated by Deitrick Haddon telling me Well Done and I am in an exceptionally positive mood right now. I will press forward today as every other day toward the mark that God has set for me.
Lifestyle
I really like that my lifestyle no longer revolves around the need to get away from home and run the streets. I'm happy being mom and wife
I dislike that I can't do more outside of the house WITH the family. Financially, it just doesn't fit right now.
Work
Simple. I like to work and get paid for it.
I wish I didn't have to work out of necessity. Working isn't an option, its mandatory.
Education
I like that I enjoyed the educational experience, and have learned a lot.
I don't like that out of all these years, the only think I completed was my associates degree.
Finances
I like that I can budget like a pro
I hate that I HAVE to budget at all. Oh if money were not an issue, life would be different.
Health
I like that I am aware of my health and understand how to maintain my health
I dislike the extra weight, and health issues that could potentially arise due to the extra weight, as well as genetic disposition.
Family
I love my family. I love that there is no family strife and hate
I just wish I could do more for my family as a whole
Relationships
I like that I recognize that my relationships that I have a precious.
I dislike that fact that I don't have as much time as I would like to have to devote more one on one attention to my relationships.
Day 1
Today is Day 1 for me, but I am a day late. BUT no fear. Superwoman can catch up.
My Mantra is "Press Forward" I received this little diddy yesterday as I reflected on 2011 and asked God what 2012 has for me. He sent me to Philippians 3:13-14 and alas! There it was: Brethren, I count not myself to have apprehended: but this one thing I do, forgetting those things which are behind, and reaching forth unto those things which are before, I press toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus.
My theme song is Well Done by Deitrick Haddon. I LOVE this song and it gives me a jolt everytime I hear it.
In preperation, I am planning to lose some weight. No specific number, just some progressive weight loss and toning up. I think I will try the bellyfat cure again. I've done it in the past and it worked. . .as long as you stick to it. With that being said. On your mark! Get set! Go!!!!!
